It's wild how quickly summer flew by. Fall is here and I am SO here for it. The cool breeze, warm setting sun, and rhythmic waves made me want to stay all night at this session. Kenzie and Ryan brought out Iris and Milo for some family portraits on the shore at Pilgrim Haven Natural Area in South Haven and we had the most beautiful weather and sunset for the night!

After seeing how these turned out, I'm convinced I need to get my own extended family portraits taken! Your siblings, their kids, your kids, your parents- all in one spot having a sweet time together with photographic evidence- what could be better!?
Senior pictures with Mariah were easy breezy- so laid back and relaxed! She brought a handful of friends and family along for some extra shots here and there. I always encourage and invite seniors to bring whoever makes them feel confident and calm - and she had a fun crew of friends, parents, and a sister with us too.
We started out at Celery Flats in Portage and then worked our way over to Crane Park in Kalamazoo. Crane Park is one of my favorite spots for senior portraits this time of year! Evidence is below. :) I'm so grateful Mariah picked me to take her senior portraits. This has been a full senior season so far. September is booked but I have one spot left for an October session and two left for November! Booking forms can be found on my senior page here. |
