For Seniors who just need a handful of photos, the half package is where it's at! Reiko here spent half an hour with me at Asylum Lake and we successfully captured over a dozen sweet gems. I'm so grateful I've had such an amazing group of Seniors this season!

If you've got yourself a backyard with plenty of foliage and shade, it might be a beautiful spot for your family portraits! I love meeting at client homes to take your family photos. If you've got little ones (like young twins - see below) sometimes it's a little easier to just step outside.
Hannah is a 2024 Senior at Loy Norris and she absolutely rocked her senior session this week! We started out wandering the Vine Neighborhood together and ended up with some evening light at Asylum Lake Nature Preserve. I've been the luckiest with seniors and weather this year. It rained until just a few minutes before her session started and we had the loveliest warm evening light!
Another beautiful family for a portrait session along Lake Michigan! We visited Oval Beach in Saugatuck to capture this sweet little one and her parents. Summer and Fall are the most popular times to snag some fresh photos for families. I've got fall mini sessions planned for this November and booking opens up on September 30th! Stay tuned and reach out if you'd like to be on my client email list to receive the announcement and booking link when it's live. :)
I've had the best seniors and the best weather this year! Samaa had an amazing night for her Senior Portraits here in Kalamazoo. We started at Crane Park (high fives all around to whoever landscapes and maintains that space) and then ended at Asylum Lake where the moon made a brief, lovely appearance. Thanks for choosing me as your senior portrait photographer, Samaa!
